Rituraj Phukan

Mr. Rituraj Phukan is the Chief Operating Officer of Walk For Water, and Secretary General of Green Guard Nature Organization. He facilitates awareness and action on the 3 W’s – Warming, Water and Wildlife- working with all stakeholders including grassroots indigenous communities, students, civil society, business, and media. He is a Member of the IUCN and holds leadership positions in several international and national environmental groups. Rituraj has personal experience of climate change impacts at the frontiers, including the Himalayan and polar regions and has been invited to share his learnings with audiences around the world.
